Easy Does It in green Tourmaline

Easy Does It - Cutting Remarks

Shown at left is a 12.5 x 8.3mm deep ~ 6.24 carat "Easy Does It" cut from green Nigerian Tourmaline by Jeff Graham.

This is quick and easy to cut and is a variation of the "Easy Tri" but designed for larger stones. Larger stones need a little more interest in the pavilion and I have places "splitters" on the pavilion of this design to give it more life for large stones.

This cuts fast and is not difficult. I use this design pretty often and it is one of my default trillions that I cut. It has the classic trillion out line that flows and just generally looks nice in about any thing.

I like it in Tourmaline and Garnet, but this works well in about any material. There is a very interesting reflection pattern in this design that works well and looks nice in any medium to light saturation.

Cut this in refractive indexes 1.54 (81.1%) to 2.14 with no changes.

Enjoy cutting your "Easy Does It"… Drop me an email to let me know your results and what you've cut, or feel free to inquire if you have any questions or need some help regarding this design.
